Singha Stack team

Our Company

Steady guidance for businesses finding their way with AI.

Singha Stack was built on the belief that AI integration should leave organisations feeling more confident — not more confused.

Our Story

Founded in Chonburi. Built for Thai business conditions.

Singha Stack came together after years of watching capable businesses in Thailand hesitate at the edge of AI adoption — not from lack of interest, but from a shortage of clear, honest guidance. The tools were advancing. The vocabulary around them wasn't.

We started with a simple commitment: we would only recommend AI where it genuinely fits, and we would explain everything in language that a business owner — not a technologist — could act on. That hasn't changed.

Based near Sukhumvit Road in Bang Lamung, we work primarily with organisations in the Eastern Seaboard region, though we also support clients further afield when the engagement suits remote collaboration. Our work spans hospitality, logistics, professional services, and retail.

The name reflects the guardian-lion tradition in Thai temple architecture — a steady, protective presence. That's what we aim to be for the businesses we work with: not flashy, not loud, but consistently reliable.

Our Mission

To help Thai businesses make calm, considered decisions about AI — and then support those decisions with the same care we'd want applied to our own work.

Our Approach

We scope honestly. We build carefully. We document everything. We report in plain language. And we check in regularly, whether or not anything needs changing.

Our Commitment

We won't recommend a service or expansion unless we genuinely think it will benefit your organisation. If the timing isn't right, we'll say so.

The People

A small, focused team.

We stay deliberate about size. Fewer hands means every client engagement gets genuine attention.

NK

Nattawut Kanchana

Founder & Lead Consultant

Nattawut spent a decade in operations management across the hospitality sector before turning his attention to how AI could support the kind of work he'd spent years doing manually. He leads all client assessments.

PL

Priya Lertchaiwat

Integration Specialist

Priya focuses on the technical side of Guardian Integration projects — configuring assistants within existing platforms and preparing the documentation that helps staff use new tools without friction.

ST

Somchai Thongdee

Client Relations & Reporting

Somchai manages ongoing client relationships and authors the monthly reports for Standing Watch clients. His background is in business writing, and he takes plain-language communication seriously.

How We Work

Standards we hold ourselves to.

Data Handling Protocol

Before any setup begins, we document exactly what data the AI system will access and how. Clients receive a written record they can keep and refer to independently.

Scope Verification

We confirm the scope of every engagement in writing before work begins. If the scope needs to change, we discuss and document that change before proceeding.

Structured Handover

Every Guardian Integration concludes with a handover session. Staff leave knowing what the tool does, how to use it, and who to contact if something isn't working as expected.

Access Control Records

Permissions granted to any AI system we configure are logged and reviewed. Clients can request changes or revocations at any point, and we carry those out promptly.

Performance Monitoring

For Standing Watch clients, we track how integrations perform over time and flag any concerns before they affect daily operations. Nothing is left to chance.

Honest Recommendations

We do not suggest additional services unless we have a clear reason to believe they would benefit your organisation. A steady, well-functioning setup is a success — not an opportunity to upsell.

About Our Work

AI integration for Thai businesses, done carefully.

Singha Stack operates in a space where the volume of noise far exceeds the volume of useful information. Most AI consultancies are selling outcomes — we prefer to describe processes, and let clients form their own views about what might be worth doing.

Our Foundations Review was designed specifically for organisations that are curious but not yet committed. A single department, a calm assessment, a written summary. Nothing is pushed further than that without your explicit request.

The Guardian Integration service is for businesses that have decided they'd like to try something practical. We configure an AI assistant inside a system you already rely on — a messaging tool, a document environment, an internal platform. We work around your staff's habits rather than asking them to change.

For organisations that want continuity, the Standing Watch Plan provides a named contact and regular plain-language reports. We monitor what's working, note what could improve, and only suggest changes when we have a sound reason. Many clients find this the most valuable service because it converts what might feel like a one-time project into an ongoing, considered relationship.

All of our work is conducted in English and with a clear understanding of how Thai businesses operate — the decision-making rhythms, the staff dynamics, and the practical constraints that shape what's actually feasible. We are based in Chonburi and have worked with organisations from Pattaya and Rayong to Bangkok.
