How we approach every engagement.
We begin from a position of not knowing. Every business is different in the details that actually matter — who handles which work, where the bottlenecks sit, what the staff find manageable and what they find draining. We don't arrive with a preformed answer.
Our process is structured but not rushed. We take enough time to understand a situation before offering a view. When we do offer one, it's in writing, and it stays with you regardless of what you decide next.
We move at the pace you set. If you want to take three months before deciding whether to act on a Foundations Review, that's a reasonable and common approach. If you want to begin a Guardian Integration relatively quickly, we'll organise around that.

Foundations Review

A grounded assessment of where AI could reliably support your routine work. We observe, ask questions, and produce a calm, honest written summary. You choose the pace of everything that follows — including whether anything follows at all.

- Workflow observation sessions with relevant staff
- Written summary of AI-suitable and AI-unsuitable tasks identified
- Plain-language explanation of the reasoning behind each finding
- Review meeting to walk through the summary together
- The written report remains yours regardless of next steps

Service 02
Guardian Integration

A tailored AI assistant is set up within one system your staff already use. The work is documented clearly, and the project ends with a structured handover session so that your team understands the tool and can manage it with confidence.

- Configuration of AI assistant within your chosen existing platform
- Written documentation of what the assistant does and how
- Record of all data access decisions made during setup
- Staff handover session with Q&A time included
- Two-week check-in call after handover at no additional cost

- 1 Scoping session — confirm the platform, use case, and access requirements
- 2 Configuration and internal testing (weeks 1–3)
- 3 Documentation completed and reviewed with you (week 4)
- 4 Staff handover session, then two-week follow-up call (week 5+)

Standing Watch Plan

Ongoing, steady care for your AI integration. We monitor performance, address issues before they affect operations, and report in plain language each month. Expansion is only suggested when there is a clear reason to do so — not on a schedule.
